The antifragile reading

Antifragile is not the opposite of fragile. In Taleb's triad, the fragile breaks under disorder, the robust endures it, and the antifragile gains from it. This atlas maps fragility everywhere, here we read its mirror: where a system builds optionality (redundancy, alternatives), and above all where it did so in response to a real shock. Being hit and coming out with more options is the only strict sign of gaining from disorder.

Honesty caveat: much of this optionality is still nominal, alternatives announced but blocked by permits, politics or a missing processing step. Redundancy on the map is not yet redundancy in the world.
